These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") are intended to stipulate the conditions and procedures for using all services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by NovaQD Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its members.

Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users regarding the use of internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided on the website (www.novaqd.com) operated by NovaQD Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Company").

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

  1. "Service" means all services of the Company that members can use regardless of the implemented terminals (including various wired and wireless devices such as PC, TV, and portable terminals).
  2. "Member" means a customer who accesses the Company's services, enters into a service agreement with the Company in accordance with these Terms, and uses the services provided by the Company.
  3. "ID" means a combination of letters and numbers determined by the member and approved by the Company for member identification and service use.
  4. "Password" means a combination of letters or numbers determined by the member to confirm that the member matches the given ID and to protect confidentiality.
  5. "Post" means information in the form of symbols, characters, voice, sound, images, videos, etc., posted on the service by members, including text, photos, videos, and various files and links.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

  1. The Company shall post the contents of these Terms on the initial screen of the service so that members can easily understand them.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, and the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions.
  3. When the Company amends the Terms, it shall announce the date of application and reasons for amendment along with the current Terms on the initial screen of the homepage from 7 days before the application date to the day before the application date.
  4. Members have the right to refuse the amended Terms. If members do not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue using the service and cancel their membership.

Article 4 (Interpretation of Terms)

  1. The Company may establish separate terms of use and policies (hereinafter "Individual Terms") for individual services, and if such content conflicts with these Terms, the Individual Terms shall take precedence.
  2. Matters not specified in these Terms or interpretations shall be governed by Individual Terms, relevant laws, or customs.

Chapter 2: Service Agreement and Information Protection

Article 5 (Conclusion of Service Agreement)

  1. The service agreement is concluded when a person who wishes to become a member (hereinafter "Applicant") agrees to the contents of these Terms and applies for membership, and the Company approves such application.
  2. The Company shall, in principle, approve the use of the service for applicants. However, the Company may not approve applications that fall under any of the following items:
    • When applying under another person's name
    • When false information is provided or the Company's suggested content is not provided
    • When minors under the age of 14 apply
    • When approval is not possible due to reasons attributable to the user or violation of other provisions

Article 6 (Personal Information Protection)

  1. The Company shall strive to protect members' personal information, including registration information, as prescribed by relevant laws and regulations.
  2. The protection and use of members' personal information shall be governed by relevant laws and the Company's separate privacy policy.
  3. The Company's privacy policy does not apply to linked sites other than the Company's official site.

Chapter 3: Obligations of Contracting Parties

Article 7 (Company's Obligations)

  1. The Company shall not engage in acts prohibited by laws and these Terms or contrary to public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide services continuously and stably as prescribed by these Terms.
  2. The Company shall establish a security system to protect personal information so that members can use the service safely.
  3. The Company shall handle opinions or complaints raised by members that are deemed legitimate. For opinions or complaints raised by members, the process and results shall be communicated to members through the bulletin board or email.

Article 8 (Member's Obligations)

Members shall not engage in the following acts:

  1. Registering false information when applying or changing information
  2. Stealing others' information
  3. Changing information posted by the Company
  4. Transmitting or posting information (computer programs, etc.) other than information specified by the Company
  5. Infringing on intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the Company and other third parties
  6. Acts that damage the reputation of the Company and other third parties or interfere with business
  7. Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, sounds, or other information contrary to public order and morals on the website
